My Project

In kindergarten, I spend most of the year teaching about zoology (animal groups), ecology (biomes), and entomology. The students read about these topics in books, which are provided by our reading company. We are blessed to have a school forest, which we use to study forest plants and animals. The students would benefit from sorting realistic animals into groups (mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish, and insects).

The kindergarten students would benefit from having the opportunity to sort realistic animals into categories.

I strongly believe in having visuals and tangible objects to use to enhance the students learning experiences. All of these realistic figures can be used throughout the entire school year.

Our classroom would love support in making learning fun and engaging for all types of learners.
