This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students struggle to be motivated in class. The students love to learn through hands-on experiences. Unfortunately, our students do not have opportunities to explore the learn about the world around them outside of school. Our students live in a high-violence area and most of them struggle to meet basic needs.

Students love to build and demonstrate their creativity!!!

Students demonstrate their knowledge best through hands-on activities rather than an administered exam.

Our students learn in a variety of ways including hands-on. The students will apply the information they have learned about the atoms
