This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine a classroom filled with bright, inquisitive minds, eager to explore the wonders of science. In our Special Education middle school science class, we strive to ignite a passion for learning and discovery in every student. However, we often face challenges in providing the necessary resources to fully support their educational journey. Simple supplies, like pencils and erasers, are essential tools for note-taking, completing assignments, and expressing their scientific ideas. Without these basic materials, students struggle to engage fully in the curriculum, hindering their ability to reach their full potential. Your generous donation of these everyday items can make a world of difference, empowering our students to participate actively and confidently in their science explorations.

Beyond the fundamental tools of learning, maintaining a clean and healthy environment is crucial for our students' well-being.

Lysol wipes play a vital role in keeping our classroom sanitized, especially important for students with sensory sensitivities or compromised immune systems. By providing these cleaning supplies, you're not just contributing to a hygienic space; you're fostering a safe and comfortable learning environment where students can focus on their studies without worry. A clean classroom promotes a sense of security and allows our students to thrive, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for scientific discovery.
