My Project

In the past few weeks, so many of my students have been sick and I think I know who the culprits are. Working with 5 - 8 year-olds definitely has taught me the importance of soap and cleanliness! My students are learning how to cover their mouth when coughing and sneezing, wash their hands, not put random objects in their mouth, and overall how to be clean and safe. I want them to spread kindness, not germs!

Disinfectant wipes, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, and band aids will all help me keep our classroom safe and clean.

Some of my students need assistance with toileting and diapering so the baby wipes and their diaper will be placed in the tote bag to conceal what's inside. My students all have iPads that we use during instructional time and during their breaks so the electronic wipes will come in handy. Teachers are responsible for creating classroom environments that are conducive to learning and the first step I take in doing so is keeping my students safe. They are learning daily how to be healthy, safe, and kind and all of the supplies listed in this project will help them do that.
