I am a fourth grade resource teacher. We have a very diverse population at our school.

Half of our students speak another language at home and half of our school is on free/reduced lunch. Many students cannot afford to buy water bottles on their own.

I am asking for 38 water bottles. This will be the start of supplying our whole school with water bottles. We will have our classes write essays and the winning class will receive water bottles. We will build from there, making our school more green and more aware!

You will make it possible for my students to receive more awareness on going green. Students hear about recycling and reusing but sometimes need to actually do it or see it to register. By having a tangible water bottle, students will see other students making a difference and hopefully this initiative will spread.
