My Students

I have an amazing group of boys and girls that have shown how resilient they are during this unfortunate time. They have quickly adjusted to our new way of learning from home, and with the same eagerness of the classroom, log on with paper and pencil in hand, ready to learn.

My students continue to impress me with their ability to show appreciation for their education and one another, despite their new normal way of learning.

The strength and endurance these boys and girls have shown will definitely be an asset as they continue to develop skills necessary for the 21st century.

My Project

Please help me provide my second grade students with a quiet environment, so that they are able to focus on their learning. With the sudden transition from learning in the classroom to learning from home, the majority of my students do not have the proper materials to keep them focused and engaged.

It is important for my students to understand that although they are learning from home, their learning time is still valuable and requires their full attention in order to grasp the content being taught.

Through no fault of their own, many of my students are distracted by the goings-on at home, which make it difficult for learning. Providing students with headphones will give them the quiet they need in order to focus and learn.
