Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The resistance bands, pull bar, yoga mats, dumbbells, and other wellness equipment will significantly enhance the overall well-being of my students by supporting both their physical and mental health. By incorporating this equipment into their routines, students can engage in exercises that promote physical fitness, reduce stress, and improve concentration, all of which contribute to a positive learning environment.

My goals for my students are for them to become more aware of their health and the need to workout to maintain their physical and mental health.

My students do not have access to equipment at home, so having access to this equipment will help them get into shape.
