My Project

Our PHS students need a safe and supportive space to unwind, recharge, and express themselves. I am seeking funding to create a wellness space equipped with the resources to foster mental well-being, creativity, and connection. With your support, we can provide materials for a calming environment, including sensory tools, and supplies for mindfulness activities. Additionally, we aim to create a podcasting space where students can share their stories, and ideas, and promote wellness through creative expression. We will make use of the new microphones and lighting by interviewing and recording students about their mental health, as well as asking them about some of their wellness practices. We’ll also stock the space with healthy snacks to keep students energized and focused. Your donation will help provide students with a much-needed retreat to support their mental health and personal growth. Thank you for making this vision a reality!
