This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am genuinely passionate about my students, and what I love most about them is their incredible potential and resilience. Many of them come from underprivileged backgrounds and face numerous obstacles in their educational journey. This is designed to make a significant impact by requesting donated items that will support their social-emotional learning, help with personal hygiene, provide healthy snack options, and grant access to modern equipment for staying active. These resources will empower our students with the emotional intelligence and self-awareness necessary to navigate life's challenges successfully. The goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that prioritizes emotional well-being and to promote physical health and an active lifestyle. With these donated resources, we aim to provide them with the tools they need to thrive academically, emotionally, and physically, giving them a brighter and more equitable future.
