My Project

Items in this project are designed to increase engagement in classroom activities by making students more comfortable.

The bean bag chair and seat cushions will allow students to be cozy and relaxed while working.

Snacks will serve as incentives, and small fidget items will keep hands and minds engaged in the learning process. Often middle school aged students are overlooked for the types of comfort/sensory accommodations; however, there is a huge need for emotional regulation. Items in this project will serve as accommodations to level the academic playing field for all students.
