My Students

Do you remember when you were taught Science without hands on science materials?

This is who we are.

We are "in it to win it and failure is not an option". We live in an area that still suffers from the affects of Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill. 100% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. Despite all of this ,we are still providing our students with the best education possible.

My Project

I am requesting these materials that will allow me to enhance the science curriculum I am implementing. I want to create an interactive discovery center that allows for independent and group exploration. Having these materials will make science more meaningful and fun for my students.

Having your support will get my students excited about science.

They will master scientific concepts and develop an interest in the wonders of the world in which they are an integral part of.These materials will allow my students to have an opportunity to experience hands on learning. Your support will have a positive and long lasting effect on my students.
