Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This is my first year at my new school! I am starting fresh. My classroom is currently bare and I am working my way to make my classroom inviting for all. I am looking for classroom basics to help me along with this process.
I am currently working hard to decorate before school starts!
I am so excited to work with a team and teach all subjects. New adventures are nerve-racking but I know that this list will help me feel confident in myself as I move on to great things this year!
Students need an environment in which they can thrive and grow. Feeling comfortable and confident in their classroom is number one. Creating a classroom library for the students to find new adventures as they read. Organizing and making learning bright by hanging anchor charts around the classroom.
Stickers are to show progress and growth!
Flexible seating helps students stay focused on their work instead of being distracted.
My goal in my classroom is to help my students learn. We will be creative and have fun in the process!
