My Project

There is nothing like the excitement of a new school year! Every school year brings us many changes along with new people to meet and fresh goals to reach.

My students arrive not only new to a school and classroom, but new to the country.

My students struggle to adapt to new routines and demands. One of the struggles is trying to find all the necessary materials needed for school. For this reason, I always try to have the class well stocked for my students so they have one less concern to take home.

This purpose of this project is to provide classroom materials such as markers, pencils, colored pencils, and glue for students to be able complete class projects. One example is the beginning of the year activity where students will create a poster with their class materials to describe themselves and later share with the class.

Another activity is the creation students will also use their notebooks as interactive notebooks and to keep journals throughout the year.
