My Project

We have the best kindergartners! They love to learn and play through hands on exploration. We will use this weather station to add another level of exploration to our outdoor kindergarten classroom. Each of the kindergarten classrooms at my school will use this weather station to observe and interpret the weather each day.

This weather station will give our kids the opportunity to tell the weather using a thermometer, weather vane, anemometer, and many more.

Kindergartners work to learn how to describe the weather and share with others. These materials will allow the children to explore real life weather tools, notice changes throughout each day, and understand how the different parts of weather come together.

Thank you for your help making a fun, explorative opportunity for each kindergarten at Allen Elementary.
