Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach a class of students age 6-10 with Autism. My students all come from high need communities. I teach them all subjects from academics to social skills, behavior management, and life skills.

Every student in our school has textbooks and workbooks to help them learn about each subject. Unfortunately, my students can not use these same books as they have different learning abilities and needs.

My students need workbooks that teach concepts in an incremental, step-by-step approach, and allow children to master new skills easily and without anxiety or frustration. The Kumon workbooks we are asking for are created especially in this way.

With your help, my students will be able to learn about a variety of topics in a way that's conducive to their learning.
