My Students

Kindergarten is an exciting place to be! The children are generally on the cusp of being confident and independent, as they are completely interested in learning and determined! Our neighborhood is lucky to be diverse and international, this adds so much to our school experience as children have great stories to share with their peers. The learning never stops in class, and we are constantly coming up with new ways to make our day more dynamic by putting some fun into our day!

My Project

Giving the circumstances of today, remote learning and social distancing, my students have been away from school for a good month now. As we continue with our remote learning, I want to give my students access to reading material that is similar to what we have in our classroom library. My students are ready to continue their journey as Readers, they need to read a lot, and have the opportunity to explore different genres, and time to practice reading books that are "just right." The more they read, the more they will grow!
