Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a class of energetic, eager to learn 4-5 year old students. Children at this age are like sponges- absorbing the world around them and soaking up everything they are hearing and learning. For my class project, "We Want To Read MO, MO. MO," I am asking for books written by the famous children's author, Mo Willems. My goals for this project are to immerse my young learners into the wonderful world of reading and books by reading as many books as I can to them. The only way I can do this is by having an extensive classroom library with engaging, interactive books that my students will love and enjoy. Please help this dream of instilling a love for reading and a love for learning become a reality.
