My Project

Our sweet TK students are doing an amazing job of learning how to work together in school. TK is all about giving students the time to learn how to take turns, share, be creative, socialize, and know that learning is FUN! They learn through play and are showing some imaginative and creative things in our classroom. Now, we want to give them the opportunity to extend that play with fun tools on the playground!

Problem solving, compromising, taking turns, working with others - these are just a few of the skills that our students practice every day.

Having toys, such as building blocks, waffle blocks, and playground balls for outside use will promote team work and provide the basis for tons of imaginative play. A sandbox will help students with creativity and fine motor skills.

Play is such an important part of learning, especially for 4 - 5 year olds! We are excited to provide a myriad of opportunities for students to learn through play in and out of our TK classrooms!
