My Students

I teach in a self-contained, special needs class (ASD, ADHD, OHI). Many of them are functioning academically below grade level. Eighty percent of my students are visual learners. I have no smart-board, tablets or printer in my classroom. My students are eager to learn and like helping each other. However due to the lack of visuals, it’s very challenging for many of them, especially the ones with ASD and ADHD. I am in urgent need of a printer and tablets to help them. Could you please help us?

My Project

Yes, having a printer/copier will enable me to create and print exciting and differentiated lessons and visuals for my students. My students will also benefit from having printed worksheets, sight word games, vocabulary bingo, math games, multiplication table worksheets (laminated), skip counting worksheets, and anchor charts, etc.

Having visuals will help my students grasp lessons they otherwise struggle to understand.

I will also be able to send home printed materials, charts, graphic organizers and different learning activities to assist and engage them in their learning process at home.
