My Students

I am a special education teacher and I am always looking for new ways to encourage and motivate my students. Children love to learn with technology and seeing my students inspired is amazing.

The school that I teach at has four special education classrooms on a general education campus.

My class has thirteen students ranging in grades from kindergarten through second grade. Most have intellectual disabilities, autism or other developmental delays.

My Project

Having the requested LeapPads with games in the classroom will bring in technology that my students need to foster learning. The LeapPad3 is a high-performance, fun-packed Wi-Fi tablet that will allow my students to learn and play in a way that's just right for all learners.

Your donations will help bring technology into my classroom that will help my students learn how to read, count, add, and spell.

I believe that this project will help to foster a love for learning for years to come.
