My Students

I love this group of first graders but they are very different than any first grade I have had. My friends love building, drawing, creating, and moving. We really like being in charge of other people’s lives, we’re bossy, and we struggle to share. It has been a fun year but exhausting at times.

Despite that, they are creating their own path to a successful future.

My diverse class of students love to explore our classroom each and every day! They have the potential to be ANYTHING! Every day, I am amazed at just how innovative and creative they are.

My Project

I am asking for several supplies for our classroom. An electric sharpener will allow my students to use their crayons to their fullest potential. A classroom laminator with laminating sheets will allow me to laminate their special work as well as center work.

My students love to be creative so why not ask for a classroom set of Crayola Crayons!

The dry erase pockets will make center time easier by slipping a worksheet inside and having students use their dry erase markers. Dry erase boards will come in handy when working in whole group. The whiteboards allow me to see exactly what they are doing, as well as provide an easy place for them to show and share their work.
