Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a Culinary Academy, which makes up of cooking and baking a variety of dishes for different events throughout the school year, (such as Thanksgiving, New Year's, and many more) and as well as teaching my students the understanding and basics of cooking and baking. This year for an upcoming event we would like to include Cream Anglaise for one of the desserts.

Though, we are not able to make Cream Anglaise due to the fact we need Stainless steel pots when we only have Aluminum pots.

And using Aluminum Pots for Cream Anglaise will cause the eggs within the mixture to curdle up and ruin the dish. And cause our event to either be cancelled or delayed heavily, (this event is a very important event for our school each year).

Receiving these Stainless Steel Pots will also enhance our cooking in the kitchen for my students, making them excellent chefs.
