Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As my students returned in person after being on Zoom for more than a year and a half, they are eager and excited to be back in school. Students are adjusting to routines and procedures.

Our school is a Title I school in which all the students receive free lunch.

My Project

The use of daily whiteboards, erasers and markers are used daily in our math instruction. We are currently using a sheet protector that we constantly have to change weekly. The highlighters are going to help my students when they are annotating the text. The glue sticks will help for our art projects that we have coming up.

The use of all these materials will make our learning fun, engaging and interesting!

We will be using all our materials during small group instruction and whole group. Since, we are still in a pandemic we definitely need more materials because we cannot share supplies.
