My Students

My 23 curious students have a great passion for learning. They have varied learning styles and benefit from different teaching styles.

For many of them, the use of technology facilitates learning.

Because of this we are in need of some supplies. For others, having access to different types of writing material is vital. In our classroom, we are constantly looking for ways to analyze information and make sense of it. Others use their passion for reading to help them learn.

My Project

Some of my students have been able to provide headphones for themselves. However I have about half a class that is constantly looking for available headphones in the classroom. Through this project I hope to get an additional 10 headphones for students that need them.

Additionally, I would like to add texts to my classroom that bring to light diverse characters in books.

I have a very diverse classroom community and acknowledging theses differences is important to me.

Because of flexible seating in the classroom, I am also in need of new storage organization. I'm hoping the drawer organizer will offer a solution.
