Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a creative group of 6th and 7th grade students. The only problem is that we don't have all of the necessary art supplies to let their creativity shine!

I teacher a wonderful group of 6th and 7th graders who live in one of the poorest districts in the country.

Each day they come to school excited to learn and create new things. Our school is welcoming of all students and their abilities. We're always trying to find new projects that allow students to showcase their talents along with what they've learned.

My Project

By having markers and crayons, students will be able to create beautiful maps, travel brochures, posters and so much more based on what they've learned in social studies. They will be able to showcase their artistic ability along with showing what they've learned throughout the year. Students will also be able to create advertisements, brochures, etc on the computer and print it out with the toner that this project would give them.

This resources from this project will improve our classroom by allowing students have fun while learning.

These resources will allow students to create projects and be engaged in learning!
