My Students

My Pre-K scholars are amazing! They are the only full day class in our school. They are eager to learn and love being in school. Our school is very diverse and takes pride in welcoming and engaging all scholars and families. We are committed to creating a school where kids feel safe, loved, and motivated.

As a school, we take pride in creating an environment where we celebrate diversity, discuss and study racial equity, and "inspire all scholars to reach high levels of social and academic achievement and to become future leaders through a collaborative system of support" (our school's mission statement).

My Project

My Pre-K scholars love to paint, color, and draw. Watercolors are one of the most popular art materials in our room. I love giving my scholars the opportunity to be creative and express themselves through art!

New art materials will allow my scholars the opportunity to paint every day!

We like to do buddy art, individual, and group art. My scholars can also choose to do art during their active learning/play time. The paint trays will make it easy for my scholars to share paints at a table. The Messy Mats will be perfect for protecting our tables and not worrying about making messes! I am excited to stock our room with art materials!
