This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to learn. They get excited when I give them an essay prompt and love math even though it is challenging for them, they still continue to try for me. My students beg me for homework and always ask for more work just to catch up. My students have been impacted drastically due to COVID, as they are not on grade level with math or ELA. I am trying to close that gap; it has been a challenge, but that does not stop my students from trying their best. I will use the resources to help them the best I can.
