My Project

I would like to encourage my students to develop their verbal and communication skills and dramatic play centers are such a valuable way to do just that. The children will also get to learn about money and pet care as they buy and groom toy pets at our little pet store!

Many of my students this year are still developing early communication skills so I am always searching for ways to motivate them to speak to each other.

Animals are a high interest topic for so many of our friends this year, so an interactive pet store would be an excellent way for them to practice having conversations with each other.

As an extra bonus, most of these supplies can be reused as a veterinarian for an entirely new center to catch their interest!
