My Project

Spring brings all the bugs back into our environment. Young children love insects! These materials will help my students not only conquer the fear of insects, but to offer an opportunity to learn more about their characteristics, life cycle, where they live, how they change, and how they help the earth. The bird feeder and binoculars will enhance my students' observation skills when they are looking at small animals and plants in nature. These real life experiences will allow my students to learn about insects as they observe and discover in the classroom and in their natural environment.
