My Students

Our second-graders love to engage and challenge each other. They come to school excited to see each other, ready to share and explore learning.

Our kids focus on building relationships and partnering with peers to see learning from different perspectives.

We work hard to understand our different experiences and background which gives us all an opportunity to learn from each other. We love to communicate with each other and ask questions. The best part is when we notice the learning and celebrate together.

My Project

Many times students would like to sit down and enjoy a great book. However, when you are intimidated by the words on the page, you can feel reluctant to begin.

With high-interest books at a variety of levels, EVERY child will be able to curl up and read a book.

Please help us order these books that are just-right for all leveled readers in our class to enjoy. Even though they may not be long, they are engaging and just what our reluctant kids need to have in their hands.
