My students need to wiggle and move! They love to learn while moving. These stools will help them move and learn at the same time. My students need movement to focus, these will provide it.

My Students

My students are hungry, not only for food, but for fun engaging learning! My students love to wiggle, explore, and embrace their imagination all while engaging in lifelong learning. We enjoy moving and incorporating it into lessons!

My students are explorers, scientists, teachers, readers, mathematicians, and so much more!

They are full of energy and are excited to learn!

From the minute they walk in they know they are loved and that this is a safe place for them to take chances. With these new seating options, my students will be able to sit in a way that is appropriate to their specific learning style. They will truly be 21st century learners!

My Project

My students love to wiggle and move! They love to learn while moving. Lately, they have been asking for "those wiggle seats." I have had several tell me they concentrate better using these special seats. When I let my students sit on the floor or use standing desks these other options have helped them focus. They love to have options and have asked for more ways to sit at their desks.

We love to move and need movement to help us focus and do our very best in school.

Second grade is very critical, especially for reading, so if this is what they are asking for to help them learn, I will be their advocate and voice so others can support these young minds.

A child's ability to focus in class is the key to their success. Using these special seats will not only help them focus, but will help build their core strength and encourage movement while learning. I plan to use these seats to give my students options they need to ultimately be successful. Keeping them active and healthy while learning is my goal and I can't wait to accomplish this goal!
