My Students

My students get excited to read throughout the day for many different purposes - for non-fiction research, to learn different types of writing genres, and just for fun!

My students are gifted and talented in many ways.

They love to express themselves through writing, art, and inquiry-based discussions. My school has high expectations for the students, and the students are always on the road to success! With reading and writing as a central focus of our curriculum, having a classroom library that can be used with ease by the students is necessary.

My Project

With the donation of these book bins, my students will be able to access their books more efficiently. These bins are sturdy enough to weather the wear and tear of first graders, and lend the opportunity for word and picture labeling. This new system of sorting books will allow my students to attain an appropriate book more easily, and to learn and read with ease!

Donations to this project will take our classroom one step further to achieving our goal to fundraise for these materials.

The book bins will promote my students' learning and success on a daily basis.
