Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students sometimes have a hard time getting motivated to do their work. These rewards and classroom incentives will help to motivate them to work hard and complete their assignments. My students work hard in their groups to solve their problems in math class. They love it when I go around with a marker and check their work. Sometimes, I pass out stickers and give out pencils as rewards for completed work. The smelly pencils, stickers, backpack keychains and fidgets can also be therapeutic to some students who may be suffering from anxiety.
