We Can’t Hear You!! Bluetooth Soundbar for Multimedia Projects Presentations

My Students

I teach fifth grade at a school in inner-city Los Angeles. My students are brimming with curiosity and work hard to achieve their academic goals. They are vibrant, gifted learners, and English is the second language for the majority of my class, all of them low income, and all of them qualify for the free lunch program.

We are in a public inner-city school district with limited resources, and we lack some of the tools to match the unsurpassed enthusiasm students and families have for learning.

I try very hard to make sure my students have access to adequate resources that help them thrive.

My Project

My children create multimedia projects using iPads, and present these projects to each other, and to other classrooms, and grade levels. We currently use a pair of small, old PC speakers. The sound has difficulty being heard in the back of the classrooms, and the clarity leaves much to be desired.

My students work hard on their multimedia projects, and it has been difficult to to clearly hear the audio during their multimedia presentations.

This soundbar will allow for all students to clearly hear the audio segment during our presentations in our classrooms, and in cross grade level classrooms they visit.
