My Students

Showing your students work up on the smartboard.. that's what I call MOTIVATION!!! There is nothing more exciting to a kindergarten student than seeing their work up on the smartboard. Fortunately this can be done using a document camera.

My school is full of vibrant and happy learners.

They are eager to learn and grow. The parents are involved and are very grateful for the work that is being done on behalf of their children. We believe that all children will achieve when provided with active learning experiences that challenge and build real-life connections. We are a community of professional who are dedicated to fostering literacy and developing English-Language Arts and Mathematical skills to enable all students to become life-long learners and problem solvers. Towards this end we will develop awareness with each student to view college as a viable and realistic goal.

My Project

The smartboard has become a strong tool in the classroom. It is used as a wonderful resource for learning. Having a document camera would emphasize this greatly. I would love to be able to use the camera as a tool in my mini lessons. Being able to share my students work with the class is a wonderful way to show them how to do their work and achieve the best results. Having a document camera will allow my students to read along with me as I am able to put a small book up on the smartboard for the class to see.

A document camera is a wonderful way to improve the children's work.

When the assignment is clearly seen and examples are given from their classmates work, their performance levels are higher.
