My Students

My scholars are such an amazing and resilient group. As soon as we went virtual in March, they hit the ground running! They never complained and always looked for the brighter side of this situation. We had so much fun in our live classes and I am so excited to loop with them and teach them again this school year.

My Project

With my school starting the school year off completely virtual, there has been a big shift to using technology to better the learning experience. The document camera will allow me to better demonstrate books we will read together along with real time math work. The chart paper, jumbo post its and markers will allow me to create anchor charts from home to reiterate the key concepts we are learning with each topic.

We still have a need for books and physical objects in the educational process, and a document camera will give the ability to work with these objects while enjoying all of the benefits of digital technology.
