Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to have water so they will always have fresh, clean, and cold water at all times. This would help them to keep focused on learning. In order to get a drink of water, they have to walk outside the classroom and drink from a water fountain. With Covid, this is so not acceptable. With personal water bottles in the classroom, they can have a drink of water anytime without interrupting instructional time.

Water will help ensure that students have access to water throughout the school day and help them stay healthy and hydrated.

Drinking water is one of our basic needs. Drinking water is key to wellness. Having water will help students develop healthy habits.
