This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our little garden is coming along with all the help we have had. However, we need a flow meter, some fittings, and a jack to use on the water tank we are currently using. We are able to get water, but, we need to attach a water meter to it so we can keep track of the water we are going to be using.

Our water comes from irrigation so we need to be able to keep track of the amount we pull.

This will be done by using the meter. The connectors will connect it together and the jack will level our tank out so we can access all the water in it. Our students will learn how to connect the meter, how to read it, and see how much water it takes to water the garden. Water is a necessity for the garden and so the tank is also a necessity. Without the flow meter and connectors, it will be difficult to get the water.
