Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am extremely lucky to work with a group of second grade students who are eager to learn and enjoy taking on new challenges each day. Our school is located in a low-income area, and all of our students receive free lunch.

As the weather in our area begins to get warmer, many of my second-grade students are coming to school without water bottles, and it's becoming increasingly important to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the day.

I am requesting a class set of water bottles. Our school is fortunate to have hydrating stations equipped with filtered water, which means that providing each child with a durable water bottle will enable them to refill and stay hydrated throughout the school day. These durable water bottles will last a long time, and can hold enough water to last them the entire. Thank you for supporting our classroom.
