My Project

Our students will be building a school garden from step one. Preparing the ground, building the garden, planting the seeds, and caring as their plants grow, all the way to learning how to prepare food with their fresh ingredients.

It is so important for students to learn about cultivating a healthy lifestyle as well as being able to rely on only themselves for food and nourishment.

This will be a wonderful experience for the students and we can continue to take care of the garden for years to come. The AeroGarden and seeds will help us to start our seedlings in a safe environment until they are ready to be planted outside in our school garden when the weather warms up. The students will care for the plants as they grow and even get to take fully grown vegetables home to their families.
