My Students

Our school year has finally started and we are all adjusting to what is now our new "normal". Because of the pandemic, many of my students have never been in a school environment before and we are all slowly beginning to adjust.

Many of my scholars could use some extra help with developing their skills that they obtained in the virtual world of Kindergarten last year.

They need help learning how to use scissors, how to hold a pencil or a crayon, and of course learning the important skill of knowing just how much glue to use on our papers!

This is a new world for my students and all of them are coming to school everyday through the tragic conditions of their neighborhood. They come a little nervous about being away from their houses and how they went to school last year but, they are all coming in with a smile on their face and an eagerness to learn.

My Project

All of these resources will help my scholar obtain and grow the skills that they need to succeed in the first grade.

Kindergarten was done virtually and many of my students need special tools to help them develop their fine motor skills.

The pencils will help my students that are struggling to hold a pencil develop a grip that can make them confident as they begin to write their letters and numbers.

These games will help the students develop the skills that they will need to master the curriculum that all the students are now faced with.
