My Students

Remember creating your first work of art in school that you were truly proud of, and telling the teacher you were done? Please help my scholars live this amazing feeling each day.

Our school is located within the heart of the largest urban school district in New Jersey.

I currently have the privilege to co-teach a great group of first-grade students. Our classroom consists of 21 amazing scholars that are eager to learn. Our scholars range in ages 6 to 8 years old. Each scholar brings a unique personality to our classroom family.

My Project

“Creativity is contagious, pass it on” (Albert Einstein). As an educator, I intend to do just that, motivate my scholars to be the best they can be. For this project, I am requesting everyday supplies such as crayons, pencils and markers. These items are essential to the successful operation of a first-grade classroom. My scholars will use these supplies in all academic contents and it will truly bring to life their creativity.

The donations towards essential classroom supplies for my classroom will enhance our scholar’s work.

The learning that goes on is a great component but the lack of supplies, certainly disrupt the learning targets. Having the correct amount of supplies is vital to our scholar’s academic success. Each and every day, I try to create a learning environment that gives them a fair chance. These items will only help me reach this goal.
