Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are resilient, hardworking, and full of curiosity. They come to school each day eager to learn, no matter the challenges they face. What makes them truly special is their kindness and determination—they support each other, push themselves to grow, and never stop striving for success.

The winter jackets we are requesting will make a huge difference in their learning.

Many of our students do not have proper cold-weather gear, making it difficult for them to focus when they arrive at school shivering. With warm jackets, they can come to class comfortable and ready to engage. They’ll also be able to fully participate in outdoor activities, whether it’s recess, science experiments, or team-building exercises, without the distraction of the cold.

Our goal for this project is simple: to ensure every student has the warmth they need to learn, play, and thrive. When students feel safe and comfortable, their confidence grows, and they can focus on what truly matters—learning, exploring, and building a brighter future. Your support will not only provide warmth but also show our students that they are cared for and valued. Thank you for helping us give them the resources they need to succeed!
