Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our vibrant yet under-resourced school, many of our students face daily challenges that can hinder their ability to thrive in school. As the winter months approach, we want to ensure that every child not only feels warm but also has the nourishment they need to focus on learning.

This project aims to provide nutritious snacks and essential winter gear, including hats and gloves, for our students.

Many of them arrive at school hungry and unprepared for the cold weather, which can lead to distractions and decreased attendance. By supplying healthy snacks, we hope to keep their energy levels up and their minds sharp. The hats and gloves will help them stay warm during recess and travel to and from school.

With your generous support, we can make a significant difference in the lives of these children. Your donations will directly contribute to:

Nutritious Snacks: Healthy options like granola bars, fruit cups, and trail mix to fuel their learning.

Winter Gear: Warm hats and gloves to protect them from the cold, ensuring they feel comfortable and ready to learn.
