Warm Hearts and Warm Bellies!

Help me give my students a safe, welcoming, warm and affirming environment where they want to engage is antibullying prevention and activities within our safe school ambassadors program at Starpoint Middle School!

My Project

I am requesting these specific items to enhance the overall vibe and to help recruit students to participate in our Safe School Ambassadors Anti Bullying Club.

When students feel welcomed like they are at home, when they feel special, when they are fed, they are more likely to come back over and over again!

If you feed them, they will come!

Simple things like hot cocoa are a proven recruiter and popular with our early adolescent students. Knowing that this will be exciting for them brings great joy. Furthermore, knowing that the work our students do to help prevent bullying makes them automatically deserving of just a little more. In the cold months in Upstate NY, I know this will be a huge hit!

My students are special because they are selfless, giving, and eager to make their world immediately a better and safer place for all. They take risks, the dare to challenge each other and they stand up for what is right in this world.
