Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a bookshelf, lighted canopy, book bins, lamps and comfy floor cushions. The goal is to build a reading corner in my classroom.

By creating a warm and inviting reading corner I hope to foster a life long love of reading.

With a comfy and inviting reading corner my students will want to explore and enjoy the many adventures that books will take them on. Additionally my English Language Learners will want to visit the reading corner and reinforce and explore their language acquisition through the many books in our reading corner.
