My Students

Wow! My students' families are stretched to the max. They are out of work due to the coronavirus. They are struggling to meet the family's basic needs.

During this time of remote learning creating equitable lessons has been difficult.

Books are limited in our area since the libraries are closed. Supplies are very few.

My Project

Children will use these supplies during remote learning. Play is our way to learn. They will create beautiful art projects. They will use clay to create math counters and three-dimensional shapes. Clay builds fine motor muscles and encourages imagination. Markers build small muscles in hands to create, draw, and write fabulous stories. Give these youngest learners the tools to engage at home. I will create lessons implementing these supplies for the betterment of our students. These supplies open the doors to powerful engagement with their friends and family.
