My Project

Walking in a water wonderland! Every pre-k student needs a water table to give them the opportunity to explore their sensory needs. With this table, students will be given an experience to learn about and understand the different units taught throughout the school year. For example, our water table will be turned into a car wash during our transportation unit, and students will be able to investigate and utilize different materials to wash cars.

As a special education pre-k teacher, my students all learn in a different way and this table will help me address their individual needs.

My students are creative, caring, active, and all deserve to have the best experience possible in our Pre-K classroom. This new water table will help with their challenging behaviors, holding their attention, keeping them focused, etc. This will give my students an overall WONDERFUL experience in Pre-K!
