This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Volleyball for Life will teach the students the skills necessary to play volleyball for the rest of their lives. Volleyball is a sport that you can play in recreation and a competitive level at any age and size.

Modification with equipment can also help in making the game of volleyball fun for the whole student body.

If I am fortunate to receive the equipment the students will be able to pair up and have substantial more practice on their skills. As of now with the limited amount of volleyball we are restricted to practice formations that do cover all the skills necessary in on practice

The quality of volleyball also make a big difference in the practice they receive. With these volleyballs the students will have more control of their hits and feel less discomfort.
