Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm requesting a selection of social-emotional learning (SEL) books, such as A Little SPOT of: SEL Book Sets, that will help my students better understand and manage their emotions, build empathy, and develop positive relationships. These books are carefully chosen to reflect the diverse backgrounds, identities, and cultures of my students, so they can see themselves represented in the stories they read. My goal is to create a more inclusive and supportive classroom where every student feels valued and understood. As well as cozy cushions to sit on while my students dive in to the world of learning themselves.
